In this workshop, you will learn
How to feel and work with your own energy, utilizing all of your senses
Some basic knowledge of the meridian system and ley lines
How to balance, cleanse and feel your chakras
How to balance, cleanse, feel and possibly see auras
How to create A Sacred Safe Space, plus a few more SURPRISES!
This is a hands-on workshop, and we will be taking our time to explore many avenues of energy work. Bring your thinking caps, journals/pens, and curiosity.
A light snack, water, tea, and coffee will be provided.

In this workshop, you will experience:
the connection between the meridian systems and your chakras
working with a pendulum/muscle testing
how to talk to your guides/angels
dreams/lucid dreaming

This is a “HANDS ON” workshop, be ready to explore.
Bring a journal/pen, blanket/pillow/yoga mat/dress in layers.
